We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act. If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to info@herbelle.com.au.
Herbelle Skincare will treat any request or complaint received from you confidentially. We will contact you within a reasonable time after receiving your request or complaint. If you have made a complaint, we will let you know about ways we could resolve that complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and, in any event, within 30 days of receiving the complaint.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia irrespective of where the application for your Client file has been completed. In any action or other legal process with respect to any matter or thing in connection with these Terms and Conditions, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in the State of Queensland.
