Prices are inclusive of GST and are displayed in: Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change, effective immediately upon posting to the Site(s) or other form of notification.

Item prices may change. Your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price;

1. Product prices exclude shipping and handling charges which will be calculated at checkout. Sales tax (GST) may be applied where applicable based on shipping address;
2. Prices held in shopping cart does not reserve the price for the product at that time, and prices are reserved only after an order has been submitted;
3. Sales are not considered final until all items have been dispatched. In the possibility that there is mispricing, Herbelle Skincare will: charge you the lower price if the item's correct price is lower, or contact you for instructions if the correct price of an item is higher than stated;
4. Discounts and final sale promotions are not eligible for any other offers, and final sale promotions are not eligible for refund;
5. Free shipping applies to your final order total after any discounts that have been applied (this includes discount codes, customer loyalty points redemption, refer a friend etc), not the original full price.

Marketing Offers and Promotions

Newsletter Subscription Offer

Customers will receive a unique 10% off discount code for their next order after subscribing to our email newsletter. The next order discount code is valid for one use only, available to new subscribers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotional codes. Excludes Gift Card purchases. We reserve the right to vary, withdraw or cancel next order discount for any reason at any time.

Promotions & Competitions
All terms of an offer must be met. Offers are limited while stocks last. Only one offer/promotion can be applied per order. Offers are valid only for the period specified and will end at 11.59am AEST on the end date, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms. Express shipping orders placed on days with free shipping offers are not eligible for our 2pm same day dispatch guarantee. We reserve the right to vary, withdraw or cancel promotional offers for any reason at any time.

Orders must be placed at the time of offer. All orders outside of this time frame are not deemed eligible. 

All offers exclude Digital Gift Cards and Physical Gift Cards.

Herbelle Skincare reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.  Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order however, unless we are required to make the change by law.

We do not promise to continue to offer or maintain the Sites. We may, at any time and without notice to you, withdraw the sites from use and terminate any or all of the rights granted by the terms.
