  • Improved Circulation: Enhances blood circulation to nourish skin cells and promote a healthy glow.

  • Firming and Relaxation: Helps tighten facial contours and relax facial muscles for a more youthful appearance.

  • Balancing and Decongesting: The white jade stone provides balancing, decongesting, and soothing benefits, making it ideal for sensitive skin.

White Jade Crystal Benefits: White jade is known for its calming and soothing properties, promoting a sense of peace and tranquility, while enhancing your skin's natural radiance.

Clean Your Face

  • Ensure your face is clean to avoid pushing dirt and oil into your skin. Wash your hands and clean your Gua Sha tool as well.

Prep Your Skin

  • Apply a generous amount of facial oil or serum  to your face, neck, and chest. If you have acne-prone skin, use a hydrating serum or cream. Reapply as needed during the massage.

Hold Your Tool Correctly

  • Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 30 to 45-degree angle with light to medium pressure. Use lighter pressure for puffiness and firmer pressure to relax muscles.
  1. Perform Gua Sha
  • Neck: Place the long edge of the tool on your neck and move upward from your collarbone to your earlobe. Repeat on the other side.
  • Throat: Place the double-notched edge of the tool between your collarbones and apply light pressure up to your chin.
  • Jaw: Using the double-notched edge, start at the centre of your chin and move along the jawline to the base of your ear. Repeat on the opposite side.
  • Cheeks: Place the long edge of the tool on your cheek and drag upward past your cheekbone to just before your ear. Repeat on the opposite side.
  • Eyes: Use the long curve of the double-notched edge, place it flat against the inner corner of your eye, and lightly sweep outward to your hairline. Repeat on the other side.
  • Eyebrows: Place the tool on the double-notched edge side in the middle of your eyebrows and move along to your hairline. Repeat on the opposite side.
  • Forehead: Drag the long edge of the tool up from your eyebrow towards the top of your forehead. Repeat on the other side.

Repeat each movement 3-5 times. The entire process should take about 3-5 minutes.

After each use, rinse the Gua Sha with cold water and a neutral soap. Dry it with a clean towel.
